Waves – A suicide bereavement programme

Information about the group: Waves is a practical, supportive grief-education programme which aims to support adults 18+ who have been affected by the suicide of someone they know. This eight-week evidence-based programme combines learning about suicide and bereavement, with small-group discussion and support.

How to join: Anyone interested should first meet with a Support Worker by emailing support.canterbury@yellowbrickroad.org.nz or calling 03 366 9284 before attending. One-to- one in-person or phone/zoom support and emailed resources are also available.
