Information about the group: For family members of people with mental health issues aged 18-65. Family Support Group is a confidential space to meet with other people who have family members experiencing mental health issues. It is a place to share what is happening and to seek support from others who know the diverse and often challenging situations mental illness produces for families.
How to join: It is preferable to contact the facilitators, although walk-ins are welcome.
