Auckland has moved into Alert Level 3 from 6am Sunday 28th of February for seven days. Our staff at Yellow Brick Road will continue to provide support and will be working from home.

The rest of our team members will be following the Governments guidance for working at Alert Level 2 for seven days.

Under Alert Level 3, we will continue to deliver the best and safest care for whānau who access our services while also protecting our employees.

• We will still be operating but will not be taking any face to face visits this week. Our Auckland office will be physically closed until further notice, however we are available via phone and Zoom services.

What does this mean for the rest of the country at Level 2 – Our Yellow Brick Road offices outside of Auckland:

• The offices will remain open, but staff and visitors must adhere to social distancing guidelines.

Our Support Workers are still available to provide free support, information and advocacy for you via phone, zoom or email.

Our 0800 number will also still be open – Northern Region 0800 732 825, Central North Island 0800 555 434, South Island 0800 876 682.

We know it can be unsettling to change alert levels, if we all work together, follow the rules and support our friends and whānau we will get through this.
